BalticParcs, developer of HolidayParks, Lake Resorts, EasyHome, Vavillas and Appart-Hotels in Europe, is committed to further expanding the number of resorts in Poland. Six projects are currently under development, which are expected to be realized in the period 2022 - 2026. This involves an investment of approximately 375 million euros. Poland Invest has been active for 25 years and operates as an independent player in the market of holiday parks and recreational real estate. BalticParcs new player in the rental market sees opportunities and possibilities for innovative rental concepts at top locations in Poland, says CEO Marek Zabek. These new holiday parks will be rented out by tour operator BalticParcs as the first professional rental organization in Poland.
